Services & Pricing

This is our minimum service fee, it includes a consultation and walkthrough with two samples included.

NOTE: When taking air samples, we must take an outdoor AND indoor sample together in order to provide an accurate report.

This additional charge is added to the basic visit for service provided outside of normal business hours or on extremely short notice.

Additional air samples allow for a more precise understanding of the air quality in a home or business space. One sample per room where a concern exists is sufficient for most situations. 

Each additional air sample adds one additional charge.

A swab or tape slide sample of suspect surface areas where issues are visible.  This test will precisely identify stains or other suspect surface areas, but will not provide direct information about surrounding air quality.

No rush shipping is great for situations where results are not needed quickly. Perfect for situations where the space isn't occupied, but needs to be checked before use or as part of a real estate transaction.

Samples are dropped off to the shipper at the end of the business day that they were taken.

Two Day Air is our recommended shipping for most situations, it allows for results to be received in about three business days.
